Location: Norwood, NJ
Compensation: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00
Responsibilities
Lead the store team and set the example for all crew members.
Manage all cost controls and inventory control to maintain profitability.
Control cash operations and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and paperwork for the store.
Maintain the store’s appearance: perfect image, cleanliness, and marketing displays.
Deliver great customer service and maintain high standards of customer relations.
Ensure attendance, punctuality, and provide transportation to and from work as needed.
Drive store profitability through marketing, cost controls, and food management.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership and the ability to set a positive example for the crew.
Strong judgment, basic math skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Experience or proficiency in cash handling and inventory management.
Commitment to follow all policy and procedures and expect the same from the team.
Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks as required.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (required if delivering products).
