Job Overview
Position: Water Superintendent (Supervising Projects in Austin, Midland, and Dallas)
Base Pay: $170,000.00 – $210,000.00 per year
Employment Type: Full‑time
Location: Austin, Midland, Dallas (and surrounding areas)
Responsibilities
Supervise high‑complexity construction projects, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget.
Manage project budgets exceeding $25 million, tracking expenditures and forecasting costs.
Oversee construction activities on industrial wastewater projects, coordinating with site teams and subcontractors.
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, adjusting timelines as required.
Provide leadership and guidance to site crews, fostering a safety‑first and productive work environment.
Interpret and enforce contractual specifications, drawings and change orders.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor firm.
Proven track record managing budgets of $25 million or more.
Hands‑on experience with Primavera P6 scheduling.
Experience on industrial waste‑water projects is required.
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
Valid professional certifications or licensure related to construction project management is a plus.
