About Dental Studio West Dental Studio West is a community‑focused practice supported by Heartland Dental’s resources and a highly trained on‑site team. It blends collaboration, communication, and community engagement within a 15‑person team.
Minimum Qualifications
Current dental hygienist license in Ohio and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
Excellent knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
CPR certification.
Preferred Experience
One year of clinical experience is preferred for this fast‑paced location.
Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to provide preventive care and overall maintenance of patients’ oral health.
Ability to adapt to the clinical needs of the office.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
Capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN).
