Responsibilities

Answer Room Service telephones and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.

Ensure knowledge of menu, including promotions, specials and preparation details.

Upsell food and beverage items including sides, desserts, beverages and promotions.

Take guest orders and input them in the point‑of‑sale system.

Reconcile the check upon delivery, verify totals, manage gratuity, cash drawer and house bank in accordance with accounting guidelines.
