Job Description
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care; regularly evaluate and revise plans as necessary.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.
Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
Qualifications
Associate's of Nursing (Required)
Bachelor's of Nursing
Acute/Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CCNS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
