Warehouse Associate – Day Shift (Mon-Fri) – Monroe, NJ

The Warehouse Associate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes. This is a day‑shift position (Mon‑Fri) with overtime availability. The role is based in Monroe, NJ. Salary is regionally based at

$19–$21

Receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming shipments of goods. Sorting, organizing, and storing inventory in designated locations within the warehouse. Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to established procedures. Loading and unloading trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as needed. Performing regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment. Assisting with the assembly and packaging of products as required. Following all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets and deadlines. Position Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred but not required. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely. Basic math skills for counting and recording inventory. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed. Forklift certification with prior demonstrable experience.
