Prior travel HIGHLY preferred Must have 2 years experience in unit Must have large trauma level 1 experience in the last year EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Must be able to both circulate and scrub - please have both skills checklists in packet Strong experience required: Gen OR; Skills required in ortho, URO, oncology, Da Vinci Robotics, gen surgery, ENT, dental, plastics, neuro, CVT, trauma No block schedules for any reason This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained About Malone Healthcare - Nursing
