Responsibilities
Collaborate with occupational therapists to evaluate patients' strengths and areas of improvement
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
Provide hands‑on therapy to pediatric patients using a variety of techniques and tools
Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
Educate and involve parents in home‑based therapy activities and practices
Your role as a Pediatric COTA is crucial in promoting the overall well‑being and improving the quality of life for children facing various physical and developmental challenges. By working closely with our team of professionals, you can make a lasting difference in the lives of our young patients and their families.
