Travel Radiology Special Procedures Tech - $2,262 per week
Location: Bradenton, FL
Job Type: Contract/Temporary/Travel
Pay: $2,262 per week, based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
Responsibilities
Observe cardiac rhythm of patients on monitor.
Run and post rhythm stripes at designated intervals.
Interpret rhythms and validate computer readout.
Check and verify lead placement on patients.
Compare posted strip to previous strip and notify nursing staff of changes.
Notify nursing staff of any change in cardiac rhythm.
Test equipment for proper working order.
Maintain work area clean and orderly.
Qualifications
Proven 2 years of experience as an EKG Technologist.
Must possess independent decision‑making skills.
Solid understanding of patient safety and precautions.
Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients and families.
Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.
Capable of maintaining regular attendance.
