Base Pay Range $30.00/hr - $40.00/hr
Your Mission
Own press set‑up, operation, and maintenance on KBA 105/106 (6‑ and 7‑color, 40”).
Guard color and registration—monitor, measure, and adjust continuously.
Tune ink/water balance for optimum density and detail.
Troubleshoot swiftly to minimize downtime and waste.
Partner with production to meet deadlines and daily goals.
Keep the work area spotless, organized, and safe.
Comply with safety standards and company procedures.
When You’ll Work 2nd shift, four 10‑hour days: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent; printing technology training is a plus.
Experience as a Litho Press Operator or similar printing role.
Strong understanding of offset processes and press mechanics.
Detail orientation with solid problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Clear communication skills and a positive approach.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
