Restore Hyper Wellness seeks a highly focused, strategic General Manager to lead our dynamic team in New Orleans. As a General Manager, you will oversee the Restore studio, create brand awareness, drive traffic and membership, and focus on overall sales growth. You will manage daily operations, develop a team in a fun, engaging, inclusive environment, and ensure studio performance aligns with company objectives. Benefits

Meet performance metrics (KPIs) and manage revenue, inventory, payroll, and facilities maintenance. Execute and coordinate marketing and sales initiatives, including pre-sale events and community outreach. Oversee hiring, onboarding, and goal setting for new team members; provide coaching and annual performance reviews. Foster a culture of five-star customer service and community engagement. Ensure a safe and clean studio environment; be flexible to work weekends and holidays. Serve as a product expert, coaching team members on sales strategy and hospitality. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. 3–5 years of management experience (1+ for Assistant GM), including hiring, training, and staff support. Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or retail preferred. Proven success in sales and team mentorship. Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills. 2–4 years of customer-facing experience preferred. Intermediate computer skills. Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend hours. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
