Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive neonatal care for newborns in a hospital setting, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Manage acute and chronic neonatal conditions, emergencies, and follow-up care.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and state regulations.
Participate in on‑call rotations and provide consultation services as needed.
Skills & Qualifications Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently. Experience in neonatology preferred.
