Job Details:
Provide nursing care for patients with neurological conditions in a fast‑paced environment
Work in a Comprehensive Stroke Center and Level 1 Trauma facility
Every other weekend required and holidays per policy
Assume responsibility for an assigned group of patients
Document patient responses to nursing interventions and medical treatments
Assist physicians with examinations and minor diagnostic procedures
Monitor physiological data and intervene when necessary
Administer medications as prescribed
Initiate, regulate, and monitor IV infusions and blood products
Interact with families regarding care plans and discharge planning
Delegate tasks to support staff appropriately
1 year of nursing experience required
Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
Current Oklahoma RN License or multistate compact RN License required
Current BLS from American Heart Association required
ACLS from American Heart Association required
Strong communication skills and ability to respond to cultural and language needs
Computer skills required
