Leads career coaching and support strategy for Full‑Time MBA and Working Professional MBA students in the Fisher College of Business. Develops relationships with faculty, employers, students, and student organizations to support student engagement and employment opportunities. Supports all aspects of the Office of Career Management’s efforts preparing students for professional opportunities and interacting with employers assisting them in hiring Fisher students. Engages with colleagues and partners within Fisher and Ohio State, as well as regionally and nationally, to support graduate student career development and employment outcomes success.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. 4 years experience with career advising, student development, or a related area. Outstanding communication skills working with people individually and in large group settings. Ability to manage several projects and duties at the same time. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to connect with people and create connections. Knowledge of online education, as well as technology platforms, including, but not limited, to Canvas (or other online course management system), Handshake (or other career services system), Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Ability to work with faculty, staff, students, and external organizations.
Desired Qualifications Master’s Degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Experience working with MBA students and in the graduate career management industry.
Additional Information:
The target hiring range for this job profile is $51,500 - $67,250. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, education, years of experience, and internal equity.
Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post‑offer process.
