Manufacturing Technician II – Packaging – Day Shift

Hourly Wage:
$18.85 – $29.62
Job Overview As a Manufacturing Technician II at Takeda, you will produce lifesaving therapies while supporting a stable, long‑term career with excellent benefits. GMP manufacturing experience is required.
Responsibilities
Run and support production activities in accordance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards and operate equipment such as DAP lines, forklifts, hoists.
Lead the line, train junior technicians, collaborate with teams to meet production and quality goals.
Accurately complete batch documentation, maintain a clean work area, and promptly report safety, quality, or equipment issues.
Qualifications
GMP manufacturing experience required.
High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
At least 2 years of related experience (or 1 year with an associate’s degree).
Proficiency in English reading, writing, and following work instructions.
Important Considerations
Must be able to lift/push up to 30 lbs, stand/walk for 12‑hour shifts, and perform repetitive motions.
Work in controlled environments and may require protective gear, hearing or respiratory protection.
Flexible shift coverage for 24/7 operations, including overtime, weekends, holidays.
Must not be allergic to cephalosporin for product‑touch roles.
