Commercial Roofing Field Project Foreman

Duties and Responsibilities
Walk through the proposal with the customer at the start of a job
Take pictures to verify the material & scope of work
Maintain job site cleanliness throughout the duration of the job
Update with pictures/descriptions on Captivated (minimum 3 times)
Clean up the job site after lunch
Conduct mid‑day 5‑Point Inspection
Oversee roof installation
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Pass a background check
2+ years of hands‑on commercial roofing experience
Prior experience meeting clients
Ability to work 2 Saturdays a month (March‑November) and 1 Saturday a month (November‑March)
Ability to pull a trailer behind a work truck
Willingness to work long hours during busy season
Military service is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
$25 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience
Medical, vision, and dental insurance
