About the Role As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll provide a warm, friendly, and efficient front‑of‑house service. You’ll handle enquiries relating to admissions and general college information, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This role involves:

Acting as the first point of contact in person, by phone, and via email.

Supporting admissions and enrolment processes, including maintaining accurate student records.

Coordinating open days, induction activities, and other events.

Managing reception duties such as welcoming visitors and maintaining visitor logs.

Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and contributing to process improvements.

What We’re Looking For Essential

Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service.

Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database systems.

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with a friendly, approachable manner.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4 or above) or equivalent, or willingness to work towards.

Familiarity with Management Information Systems (MIS) and accurate record‑keeping.

Desirable

Experience in an educational environment.

Knowledge of admissions processes and data protection legislation.

Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for college events.
