Responsibilities
Remote activity monitoring and rapid response to patient needs.
Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members.
Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members.
Monitor patients’ responses to interventions and report outcomes.
Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post‑procedure depending on unit.
Share on‑call responsibilities with a 30‑minute response time if required.
Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
Transport patients as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of RN experience preferred.
Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
Certifications (e.g., CPR, BSN, ARNA, PALS) may be required based on facility requirements.
Physical ability to remain stationary, move and lift equipment (50‑100 lbs), push, bend, and pull.
Required Skills
Interpersonal Skills – work with diverse personnel while maintaining a positive demeanor and professional appearance.
Technical Skills – ability to grasp, push/pull, and move while assisting with procedures or operating departmental equipment.
Cognitive Demands – manage frequent interactions with the public and customers, meet deadlines under pressure, and work independently or under occasional close supervision.
Sensory Skills – keen visual understanding and practical communication abilities.
