Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Mother Baby - Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum position requiring C-section circulation and OB triage skills, with night shift availability.
Responsibilities
Position based in a hospital Women's Center unit
Care includes labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum patients
Night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
Three 12-hour shifts per week
Assignment length is 13 weeks
Responsible for the full spectrum of clinical nursing care in the LDRP setting using professional standards and organization policies
Engages in patient and family education, assessment, planning, and evaluation of care
Participates in interdisciplinary collaboration and unit performance improvement initiatives
Maintains a safe, clean, and secure hospital environment
Adheres to communication guidelines to ensure continuity of care
Required to report for lab testing within 24 hours of assignment commitment
Compliance with background check and drug screening timelines is mandatory
Requirements
Active RN license in North Carolina or compact RN license required
Minimum one year of nursing experience requiredolio>
Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN from an accredited school required
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NRP
Must be able to circulate for C-sections
Must have OB triage experience
