Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a 10PM‑6AM shift (Mon‑Fri) at Selectis Health's Southern Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center in Tulsa, OK. The RN will be the backbone of a strong clinical culture, delivering competent care and safety to all residents. Base Pay Range
$35.00/hr – $39.00/hr. Responsibilities
Provide bedside care. Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas. Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care. Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatments per approved nursing techniques. Ensure the resident’s chart is current. Observe residents and record significant conditions and reactions; notify appropriate parties of any changes. Take vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess resident condition. Keep residents’ family and physician informed of any changes in behavior, medications, or health conditions. Modify residents’ care plan, care directives, Activities of Daily Living (ADL), and Nurse Aide flow sheets in conjunction with resident condition changes. Desired Experience and Education
Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse License (RN). Must have a current BLS CPR card. One (1) or more years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care environment preferred. Position Details
