Registered Nurse Supervisor
to lead our evening shift (3-11) with confidence, professionalism, and heart.
Schedule is Monday-Friday.
What You’ll Do
Oversee nursing staff and daily operations on the 3-11 shift to ensure quality resident care.
Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to nurses and CNAs.
Monitor resident care plans, treatments, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Respond promptly to resident or family concerns with professionalism and compassion.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a long-term care or post-acute setting (preferred).
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
