Licensed Practical Nurse – Selinsgrove Center (3rd Shift) Join Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Selinsgrove Center. You will provide nursing care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a friendly rural setting.

Job Overview Selinsgrove Center is looking for dependable, compassionate, and hardworking Licensed Practical Nurses to care for residents. Duties include administering medications, observing behavior and physical status, recording and reporting observations, accompanying residents to appointments, and assisting with personal hygiene. Work follows established policies, procedures, and nursing practice standards under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Work Hours and Benefits

Full‑time employment

3rd Shift: 10:15 AM – 6:15 AM

Rotating break days with every other weekend off

Holidays as assigned

Travel and overtime as needed

Salary: $67,558.00 annually for new employees (before taxes)

Qualifications Required:

Active authorization to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania

Temporary practice permit holders must obtain full licensure within one year

Additional requirements:

PA residency requirement waived for this title

If within 60 days of completing an approved nursing program, a current temporary practice permit or LPN license must be presented at appointment

Ability to perform essential job functions

Legal and Background Requirements

A conditional offer will require a medical examination and drug screening

Position subject to the Older Adult Protective Services Act – criminal history screening (PA State Police, FBI) required
