Of course, you’ll need some skills – judgment, math, and the ability to multitask. Job Responsibilities
Set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time. Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, perfect image, and standard adherence. Provide great customer service, attendance, punctuality, and store cleanliness. Assist with marketing, profitability, and transportation to/from work. Qualifications
Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage. Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, and take inventory. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Have orientation and training on the job. Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers. Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide (may use calculator); give correct monetary change; and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
