Universal Radiology Partners of California is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join our physician-owned group supporting several hospital locations across California. This position is open to full-time and part time candidates.
The role involves performing a wide range of minimally invasive, image-guided procedures to diagnose and treat conditions, including vascular and oncologic interventions. We offer a competitive compensation package, including RVU pay structures, CME opportunities, and a supportive team-based culture. Our IR team provides real-time consultations and procedural support for:
Inland Valley Hospital
Temecula Valley Hospital
Rancho Springs Hospital
Position Highlights:
$100,000 sign-on bonus for full-time schedule

Pay structure RVU based
Supportive, collaborative physician-owned environment
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of interventional radiology procedures, including angiograms, stent placements, biopsies, catheter insertions, and ablations
Interpret diagnostic imaging studies to plan and guide interventional procedures
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, oncologists, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care
Adhere to high standards of quality control, safety, and compliance with industry regulations during procedures
Utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation, procedure reporting, and coordination with other medical teams
Provide timely and accurate consultations and treatment recommendations to referring physicians
Participate in case discussions, departmental meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Board certification in Interventional Radiology (ABR/CAQ or equivalent)
Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Effective communicator with a team-based mindset
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
