Responsibilities
Direct and manage all property operations and capital expenditure activities for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in NYC.
Lead building staff, vendors, contractors with strong leadership and sound decision-making.
Maintain low operational costs and high performance across the portfolio.
Develop internal talent, minimize reliance on outside contractors, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, real estate, or related field.
8+ years of property management experience.
Proficient in Yardi Voyager 8, Yardi Pay, MRI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong financial skills including budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
In-depth knowledge of NYC landlord-tenant law and housing regulations.
CPM certification or relevant real estate designations preferred.
NY Real Estate License required or ability to obtain.
