Role Description
The Automotive Salesperson is a full-time, on-site position based in Schaumburg, IL. This role involves assisting customers in selecting vehicles based on their needs and preferences, facilitating test drives, and providing an exceptional car-buying experience. The Automotive Salesperson will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers, maintaining strong communication, and meeting sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills
Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Proven experience in Automotive Sales or related sales fields
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Goal-oriented with the capability to meet or exceed sales targets
Prior experience with financing or knowledge of sales processes is a plus
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
