What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive product portfolio growth within dedicated accounts and manage pipeline ownership
Lead end-to-end deal management, including qualification, proposal development, and closure
Collaborate cross-functionally to secure complex, multi-region sales opportunities
Engage internal partners for support on broader account or cross-Business Unit opportunities
Align product roadmaps to customer needs and support product innovation initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
5-7 years of experience in solution-selling, business development, or executive-level sales in enterprise technology
Strong knowledge of the industry, customer, and product domains (BPM, DXP preferred)
Proven ability in proactive problem-solving and stakeholder management
Demonstrated enterprise mindset focused on results, resilience, and drive
Proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant technical tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in digital solutions and enterprise technology sales
Familiarity with customer-driven innovation processes
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
