We’re hiring Outside Sales Representatives to meet with pre-qualified homeowners, evaluate properties, and negotiate win‑win offers. This is a hybrid sales position, part field, part office, perfect for experienced direct‑to‑consumer pros who want stability (base pay) and upside (heavy commission).
What You’ll Do
Attend scheduled property appointments across the Austin area.
Comp and analyze residential homes to determine fair cash offers.
Negotiate directly with sellers to close profitable deals.
Document property data and update CRM systems with precision.
Collaborate with acquisitions and leadership teams to hit monthly KPIs.
You Are
A natural closer with 1–2 years of direct‑to‑consumer sales experience (car, RV, solar, home services, pest control, etc.).
Comfortable building rapport and overcoming objections face‑to‑face.
Highly organized with strong follow‑up and negotiation skills.
Motivated by competition, money, and growth.
What You’ll Get
W2 employment – base salary + aggressive, upside commission.

Compensation:
$125,000 - $180,000 yearly
