We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity is located at our Community Hospital North campus.
Highlights Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to work with our Sleep Medicine group at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis, IN.
Full time Monday through Friday schedule
No call or weekends
Outpatient only
Electronic Medical Record system (EPIC)
Competitive compensation and benefits package
Candidates with Sleep Medicine Experience strongly preferred
Licensure & Certifications Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
