Here Is What You Will Be Doing
Preparing and submitting warranty claims to the manufacturer or distributor.
Verify that all necessary documentation (repair orders, parts invoices, technician notes, etc.) is complete and accurate before claim submission.
Track submitted claims to ensure prompt payment and follow up on rejected or unpaid claims.
Communicate with Service Advisors and Technicians regarding claim corrections, parts return requirements, and documentation accuracy.
Assist in reconciling warranty receivables and ensuring warranty credits are applied correctly.
Support internal warranty audits and help maintain compliance with OEM policies.
Provide administrative assistance such as data entry, scanning, and report preparation as needed.
Always maintain confidentiality of dealership and customer information.
Here Is What You Need
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
