As a Registered Nurse at Haven Homes , you will provide compassionate, high‑quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable RN who thrives in a team‑oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults.
Position Type:
Part‑Time
Shifts:
Evenings 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (including every other weekend)
Pay:
$34.75 – $43.21 / hour, depending on experience
Shift Differential:
Evenings $4.00 / hour
Bonus:
$5,000 (Part‑Time)

4848 Gateway Blvd, Maple Plain, MN 55359
Registered Nurse Responsibilities
Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physicians' orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
Manages medications, supplies, and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items per policies and procedures.
Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition and takes follow‑up action as necessary.
Performs additional duties as required.
Registered Nurse Qualifications
Must have an MN RN License and be in good standing.
Prior LTC experience preferred.
Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
Self‑starter with a desire to be part of a team.
