Job Overview We are an established HVAC service contractor seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician for a long‑term position.

The role involves traveling to client sites in a company vehicle to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install HVAC equipment and related components in the Commercial Building, Facilities, and Industrial markets.

Base Pay Range $80,000 – $110,000 per year

Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance

Troubleshooting

Work on Rooftop Units, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Hot Water / Steam Boiler, Packaged Air Conditioners, Computer Room AC Equipment, Control Systems / Building Automation Systems, Air Handling / Fan Coil Units, Condensers / Chilled Water Pumps, Refrigerated Air Dryers, Air Compressors, Exhaust Fans, Ice Machines, Variable Frequency Drives, Humidifiers

Operate company vehicle to reach client sites

Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and co‑workers to develop rapport and productive working relationships

Required Experience

Experience with some of the equipment and tasks listed above

High technical skill and excellent communication skills
