What You Will Do
Acts as the lead Equipment Owner.
Issue work permits in accordance with guidelines.
Responsible for the safe execution of the work in the areas.
Review all work notifications and/or work orders for accuracy, detail level, and priority.
Identify emergency work and coordinate with the maintenance planner and Maintenance Area Manager to adjust the planned work schedule.
Attend and co‑lead the daily scheduling meetings and coordinate with planning & scheduling and maintenance activities to ensure a smooth daily work schedule is produced.

Actively participate in a strong safety culture.
Recognize safety hazards and risks.
Participate in onsite safety meetings.
Follow OPD and client safety policies and procedures.
Be aware of changing conditions on an active jobsite.
Be on time to the jobsite each day ready for work.
Display a positive attitude and be able to work in a team environment.
Physical Demands
Capable of working in outdoor weather and environmental conditions including extreme heat and humidity, extreme cold, and high elevations.
Lifting and carrying awkward objects up to 60 lbs.
Standing for extended periods of time up to 11 hours per day with breaks given in 2.5‑hour intervals.
Moving the entire body. Considerable use of arms, legs, climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, crawling, twisting, reaching, and bending on a regular basis.
Must have good hand‑eye coordination.
Use hands to handle, control, and feel objects and/or tools.
Basic Qualifications
Technical degree (2 year) or equivalent plant operations/maintenance experience.
3–5 years of maintenance / operations experience.
What Will Put You Ahead
5+ years of experience working in industrial construction.
Previous experience working in a new construction environment.
Previous experience working in a coordinator role.
Compensation range: $115,000.00–$130,000.00 (subject to market data and candidate qualifications).
