Hourly range: $17.60 – $19.17 per hour

Company Overview Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment. It includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management, demand, supply and manufacturing planning.
Warehouse Operations performs/controls a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for receiving, storing, and shipping products, including functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery.
Job Summary The Associate II, Warehouse Ops assists on inbound or outbound activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor, meeting quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards. The role receives products in the inbound section and ships products in the outbound section.
Responsibilities
Unload trucks in the inbound section using pallet jack or equivalent devices.
Use Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products; for specialty products, follow refrigeration regulations.
Store products in warehouse locations using order picker or other devices.
Pick products from warehouse locations and load into outbound trucks.
Train and obtain certification to operate material handling equipment as required (e.g., order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, walkie rider).

Apply acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks.
Readily learn and apply new information and methods in assigned area.
Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications.
Perform routine assignments that require some problem resolution.
Adhere to all quality guidelines and operate within defined SOPs.
Work under moderate supervision; output reviewed by work lead or supervisor.
Refer complex or unusual problems to supervisor.
Qualifications
Preferred 1–2 years of experience.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for an entire shift.
Comfort working with heights 20–30 ft regularly.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
