Join our Outpatient Physical Medicine & Rehab office in Fort Smith, Arkansas. We are seeking a Full‑time or Part‑time NP to provide primary and specialty care to adult patients in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Position Details
Location: Fort Smith, AR
Employment type: Full‑time or Part‑time (schedule flexible; Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm; no weekends)
Compensation: $55–$65 per hour + full benefit package
Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, vacation & PTO, 401 k
Requirements: Board‑certified Nurse Practitioner
Licensed NP in Arkansas
