Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse - $2,448 per week
Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse, PCU, to provide high‑level patient care at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka, IN. The position offers premium pay, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity for travel within the local region or nationally.

Responsibilities
Float throughout the hospital and across multiple hospital locations or regions as needed.
Apply professional practice elements: assess, identify outcomes/solutions, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Act independently and appropriately within license scope, knowledge, and experience in the practice area.
Assume accountability for delegation, decisions, and patient outcomes.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to contribute to quality improvement practices and outcomes.
Demonstrate agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
Integrate new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice.
Minimum of 18 months recent clinical experience in Med‑Surg, Tele, and PCU.
Minimum of 2 years recent clinical experience in other specialties (Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health).
Required credentials for specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be obtained through the American Heart Association.
