Milacron is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Mount Orab, OH. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for building customized crates according to part specifications, loading and unloading trucks with forklifts or cranes, uncrating and unpackaging product, staging to the designated location, and processing inbound and outbound machined parts.

Work You'll Do

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, construct wood crates, pack, wrap, label, and ship).

Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high.

Assist in organizing stock and maintain inventory.

Use overhead cranes daily to load and unload large inventory.

Inspect inventory for defects or damages and document any instances.

Expedite/prioritize workload.

Unload and put away incoming inventory items appropriately.

Abide by all company policies and safety policies.

Contribute ideas on how to improve or optimize shipping and receiving procedures.

Keep shipping and receiving clean and organized daily (5’s).

Operate forklifts or cranes to transport large items around the plant.

Address and resolve any shipment or delivery errors.

Update management or supervisor on the status of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.

Move raw material and finished goods throughout the facility and in the yard.

Assist with yearly physical inventory.

Utilize pneumatic tools, radial chop saw, crow bars, impact drivers, etc.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent knowledge (basic math, reading, writing).

Forklift and crane experience.

Carpentry/woodworking skills.

A team player with strong organization skills.

A positive mindset with the willingness to learn and seek out efficiencies and optimize standards.

Ability to demonstrate flexibility when confronted with high‑stress or emergency situations, priority changes, or new assignments.

Ability to demonstrate personal leadership and continuous improvement efforts.

Basic computer skills.

Previous experience in shipping/receiving operations and carpentry/woodworking knowledge/experience.
