Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma
Location: Utica, NY Agency: AMN Healthcare Pay: $2,249 to $2,389 per week Shift: 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: 1/12/2026 About The Position: TravelNurseSource is working with AMN Healthcare to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Utica, NY. This unit is looking for an experienced ER RN to join a highly motivated team of caregivers committed to optimal patient care in a challenging and welcoming environment. Responsibilities: • Provide emergency and trauma nursing care for patients of all ages. • Perform assessments, triage, and interventions according to department protocols. • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to coordinate care. • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions. • Document patient care accurately and timely. Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in New York State (RN-NY). Accredited clinical certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, CERT‑TNCC, CERT‑NIH Stroke Scale (certifications current). Strong clinical experience in an Emergency Room/Trauma setting. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must have current SSN, DOB, and two references within the last 12 months.
