Join our team as a Direct Support Professional / Caregiver in Baraboo, WI Schedule: Overnight and first shift available
Wage: $16.00 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour for any time worked on weekends

Job Description Working directly as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver, you will assist in a residential group home by helping people with disabilities achieve a variety of outcomes, providing personal care, and fostering normalization and community integration. The DSP is responsible for providing:
Support and mentorship with daily activities to ensure health and safety, such as helping with meals, cleaning, housekeeping, laundry duties, and facilitating enjoyable activities.
Hands-on mentoring to help individuals become more independent.
Positive direction to encourage achievement of personal goals.
Medication administration and ensuring medical well-being.
No experience? If you meet the basic job requirements, we will provide the necessary paid training and hands-on experience.
Qualifications
Excitement for working with adults with disabilities
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED certificate
Good communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with internal and external team members
Valid driver’s license (due to transporting persons served)
Successful background clearance is required as part of the onboarding/employment process
Candidates must be comfortable driving company vehicles to transport persons served as required (some positions may require own personal vehicle and auto‑liability insurance based on the role)
Nice to Have
Experience with adults with mental health issues, disabilities, or related experience
