Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
to join our team. This role provides comprehensive care to women including gynecological services, family planning, preconception care, prenatal and postpartum care, childbirth, and newborn care.
Key Responsibilities Obstetric Care
Provide comprehensive care from initial prenatal visits through postpartum follow-up
Complete new obstetric exams, identifying complications or pre-existing conditions
Initiate and manage diagnostic testing, interpretation of labs, and treatment planning
Educate patients on pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum health
Perform FHR assessments, NST interpretations, and cervical exams for labor evaluation
Support and manage low-risk laboring patients, ensuring safe, positive birth experiences
Gynecological Care
Provide routine well-woman exams, including Pap smears
Offer family planning counseling and contraceptive management
Screen and treat sexually transmitted infections
Manage symptoms related to menopause and perimenopause
Evaluate and treat postmenopausal bleeding, pelvic/abdominal pain
Conduct routine postoperative follow-ups and problem visits
Qualifications
AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife
Graduate of an ACME-accredited nurse-midwifery program
Masters degree in Nursing (MS/MSN)
Active and unrestricted RN license
CPR and NALS certification
Current or eligible DEA license
Minimum of 1 year full-time CNM experience preferred
Labor & Delivery experience preferred
