Overview Full-time, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 pm with rotating Saturdays 8:00 – 12:00 pm. Location: Joliet, onsite; remote possible after six months of training.

Responsibilities
Manage triage phone calls, assess patient concerns, triage, and provide patient education per physician‑approved protocols.
Schedule appointments, tests, procedures, obtain pre‑authorization, prescribe or deny medications per guidelines.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the medical record.
Act as a clinical resource for staff, assist in training new staff, and support quality improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned and advocate for patients as initial contact.
Qualifications
Current RN licensure.
Knowledge of nursing standards, OSHA, HIPAA.
Minimum one year nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting (new graduates considered in specific circumstances).
Compensation Base pay range: $27.00–$38.90 per hour, adjusted for skills, experience, education, certifications, location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, bonuses, and incentives.
