We are seeking a compassionate RN, Registered Nurse - Mother/Baby, to provide exceptional care to postpartum mothers and newborns in Tyler, Texas.
Responsibilities
Assess, monitor, and support postpartum patients and newborns to ensure safe recovery and well-being.
Educate families on infant care, breastfeeding, and postpartum health.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and perform clinical procedures as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Provide emotional support and education to new mothers and families.
Skills required include strong communication, compassion, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
