Job Summary Pottstown Hospital’s Occupational Health & Travel Medicine group is seeking a full-time Occupational Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team!

Occupational Health Physician – Pottstown Hospital The physician will provide direct patient care within the Occupational Health clinic and participate in the delivery of high-quality services for employer clients and Tower Health employees. The position also includes occasional participation in onsite services at client companies.

The role involves collaboration with Advanced Practitioners (CRNPs & PAs) during clinic operations and occasional support via telephone as needed. The physician will also participate in quality improvement efforts and case management discussions to support timely, safe return-to-work outcomes for injured employees.

Additionally, this role includes providing Travel Medicine services, including pre-travel consultations and vaccinations for patients traveling domestically or internationally to rural or remote areas.

Qualifications

BC/BE in Occupational Medicine – Preferred. If not, a board certified physician in another specialty with significant experience in Occupational Medicine is required.

Must maintain a current, unrestricted medical license and be a member in good standing of the Tower Health Medical Staff and THMG.

Current DEA license

Certified Medical Review Officer

DOT Certified Medical Examiner

Understanding of relevant legislative framework including but not limited to PA Workman’s Compensation system, OSHA, ADA, FMLA, GINA.
