We provide education on dementia training, wound care, vestibular rehab, modality use, skilled maintenance, and many more programming topics.

Evaluate a resident’s condition and develop an appropriate physical rehabilitation plan. Help residents to improve their mobility and through their tasks, monitoring their performance. Inform residents what they should anticipate in different stages of their recovery and how they will handle each situation. Maintain resident confidence and protect facility operations by keeping information confidential. Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants when required. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by protecting residents and employees and adhering to infection‑control policies and protocols. Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements. Contribute to inter‑disciplinary team efforts in resident care. Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current and active PT license or registration in the state of employment. Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus. Completion of orientation required by company policy. Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment. Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.
