We are seeking a dedicated RN, Registered Nurse – Post Surgical PACU to join our team in Portland, Texas.
Responsibilities
Providing immediate postoperative care
Monitoring patient vital signs
Managing pain and ensuring patient safety during recovery
Assessing and documenting patient conditions accurately
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborating with surgical teams and healthcare staff
Educating patients and families on post‑discharge care
Responding promptly to patient needs and emergencies
