Job Description As a pediatric intensive care unit nurse (RN PICU), you will oversee and treat children of all ages who are faced with medically complex or life‑threatening health conditions. You will be responsible for monitoring their health and providing necessary care, possibly including life‑saving interventions. Due to this large scope of responsibility, you will generally only be assigned a few patients at any given time, allowing you more bandwidth to manage complicated cases. Using patients health histories and current diagnoses, you will develop a personalized patient care plan, implement these treatments, and evaluate how the patient responds, working with the healthcare team to make any necessary adjustments.
Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty Active RN license
