Customer Service Rep (07895) – 15900 Crenshaw Blvd. Do you enjoy friendly customer service and a flexible schedule that fits your life? Domino’s Pizza is looking for Customer Service Representatives to work during busy lunch, dinner, and late‑night hours—part or full time—so you can pursue other goals such as school or social activities. This role does not require prior experience but does require a friendly personality and excellent people skills.

Job Description As a Customer Service Rep you will handle orders over the phone and in person, prepare the pizza orders, maintain cleanliness and store supplies, and ensure accurate billing. You’ll have the opportunity to grow within the company, working toward management or franchise ownership.

Pay $20.00 per hour.

Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.

General Job Duties

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Training Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided.

Communication Skills

Comprehend and give correct written instructions.

Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over phone or in person.

Essential Functions & Skills

Accurately perform basic arithmetic and make correct monetary change.

Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Motor coordination to make precise movements with speed.

Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions

Varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash or performing other outside tasks.

In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some areas.

Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.

Fumes from food odors.

Exposure to cornmeal dust.

Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.

Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.

Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
