Join Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist as a Registered Nurse in the Trauma Surgery Med/Surg unit, working nights on a 12‑hour shift. The position is full‑time, 36 hours per week, with a pay range of $34.90 – $52.35 per hour. You will deliver patient‑centered care, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and advocate for patients throughout the continuum of care.
Position Highlights

Location: 9 Reynolds Tower, Baptist Medical Center, Winston‑Salem, NC
Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12‑hour shifts)
Full‑time (36 hours per week)

What You'll Need
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred
Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of hire
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 1 year of hire
How You'll Impact Patient Care As a skilled RN, you will coordinate patient care from assessment to evaluation, prescribe and delegate interventions, and tailor nursing care to each patient’s unique needs. You will foster collaboration among the healthcare team, engage in shared governance, and advocate for patients in all settings.

Provide patient/family‑centered care using the nursing process
Conduct thorough assessments, develop nursing diagnoses, and plan interventions
Participate in multidisciplinary discharge planning and referrals to community resources
