Dynamic Opportunity for newly graduated and experienced CRNAs to join our growing practice at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, Washington.
1099 compensation package with a base compensation, quality incentive, pager call, and premium pay - work more, earn more!
Hybrid role available with mix of OR and OB.
Earn $282,000-$292,000 base depending on experience.
Earn $169/hr for 24-hr OB shifts.
Plus $18,000 annual quality bonus, $100,000 sign‑on bonus, and $40,000 retention bonus.
Earn additional pay via backup pager call from home at $300/night for carrying beeper. 1:10 call rotation.
Flexible schedule with 8 weeks time off.
ABOUT KADLEC REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER
Kadlec Regional Medical Center is a 270‑bed acute care facility established in 1944. As the leading healthcare organization in the region, Kadlec is a not‑for‑profit hospital committed to serving patients in the Tri‑Cities and surrounding areas with safe and compassionate care. As a growing open‑heart surgery and interventional cardiology program, Kadlec is the region’s only Level II neonatal intensive care unit, outpatient imaging, and other innovative services and programs. Averaging 24,000 cases annually through the main OR, out of OR locations and ASCs, plus 2,800 deliveries, the case mix includes general surgery, trauma, cardiology, vascular, OB, neuro, ortho, gynecological, podiatry, plastics, endoscopy, robotic procedures, ENT and pediatrics.
