Clinical Supervisor, RN – Outpatient Wound Care (Straight Days) Join Aiken Regional Medical Centers as a Clinical Supervisor in our outpatient wound care clinic. This full‑time role (8 am–4:30 pm) leads the nursing team on a straight‑day schedule.

Responsibilities

Assume shift responsibility and accountability for the planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care to patients, families and care partners.

Coordinate multidisciplinary team members and direct nursing staff to achieve safe, optimal health‑care outcomes.

Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, upholding the principles of Patient‑Centered Care.

Demonstrate service excellence standards at all times.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited or NLN‑approved RN program. BSN preferred.

Experience: Minimum of one year full‑time or three years part‑time acute‑care specialty nursing; one to three years supervisory experience preferred.

Licenses/Certifications: Current South Carolina (or qualifying compact state) nursing license. BLS, ACLS and PALS (upon hire); NRP and TNCC (within 6 months). ENPC preferred.

Skills: Must successfully pass any pre‑employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
